Account Manager

We are looking for talented and hard working account leaders to join the DataPop Client Services team to help our clients leverage our technology to create stronger and more engaging ad experiences for their customers at Internet scale.

You will own Fortune 500 advertiser relationships keeping a keen eye on campaign quality, execution, customer satisfaction, and revenue maximization. You will collaborate directly with product and engineering teams around client product needs/objectives and have significant influence over how we create technology solutions.

You also have an eye for developing systematic, long-term, scalable solutions born of these short-term hacks. You have a track record of delivering for your customers and are able to work in a hyper growth, always changing startup environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Campaign generation, optimization, and revenue management for a defined set of DataPop clients
  • End-to-end solution development to integrate DataPop solution seamlessly into a client’s environment and process
  • Lead client development process from first customer call to optimization of client campaigns to up-sells and renewals. 
  • Drive process improvement to significantly reduce time to market for the DataPop solution
  • Develop compelling, insightful campaign recommendations for customers
  • Leverage those insights to help develop marketing materials: sales decks, case studies, blog posts, press releases, etc. about the DataPop solution
  • Become an expert on next generation creative development and analysis
  • Drive feedback loop on product needs back through to Engineering leadership

Required Experience

  • 5 years minimum experience managing and optimizing large scale online marketing campaigns to profitability goals, SEM or SEO experience preferred
  • 3 years minimum experience managing large customer relationships, Fortune 500 clients preferred
  • History of consistently exceeding quantitative customer performance targets
  • Strong quantitative analysis abilities required.  Large data set analysis experience preferred.
  • Super user of Microsoft Excel
  • Top notch presentation/communication skills
  • Experience with consumer insights software such as SAS, SPSS, Omniture, Coremetrics, etc., preferred
  • Must love digital media and have a demonstrable curiosity about new technologies in the space
